Overview
Isolation you can specify anywhere on the line.
The AquaFlow floating ball valve provides positive, bi-directional isolation for water treatment, oil & gas, power, chemical, HVAC and desalination service. A quarter-turn takes it from full bore to bubble-tight shut-off, with a seating design that uses line pressure to improve the seal rather than fight it.
Every valve carries a blow-out-proof stem loaded from inside the body, a secondary metal-to-metal fire-safe seat to API 607, an anti-static device linking ball, stem and body, and cavity self-relief to release thermally expanded media — the four features that separate a duty valve from a commodity one.
Construction
Engineered part by part.

Body & Bonnet
Cast (ASTM A216 WCB) or forged (A105 / A350 LF2) bodies with a bolted or one-piece bonnet. CF8 / CF8M stainless, LCC, duplex and nickel alloys for corrosive and cryogenic duty.

Ball & Stem
Precision-ground, hard-chrome or ENP-coated ball gives a mirror seating finish. The blow-out-proof stem is loaded from inside the body — line pressure cannot eject it.

Seats & Seals
PTFE, RPTFE, Devlon or PEEK soft seats for bubble-tight shut-off, or Stellite metal seats for high-temperature and abrasive service, with fire-safe secondary metal seating to API 607.

Operation / Actuation
Lever, gearbox, pneumatic or electric actuation on a standard ISO 5211 mounting pad. Anti-static device, locking handle, limit switches and cavity relief available as options.
